Larissa -
She was a 101 week guide, went on the montreal trip to CBC, wants to see more press releases and newsletters, will make much use of the promo team, because she has experience on the events committee and like that, the promo team will let students get involved without the pressure of exec - she was also Volunteer of the Year
Bruce -

Question from the moderator:
90% of CSA members will never attend a CSA event - how will you reach out to those students who are not on the executive's facebook groups?
Bruce:
- Class Presentations - except use video so that volunteers who are uncomfortable with public speaking do not have to present
- word of mouth,
- hook more 1st year students.
Larissa:
- Send out MORE emails - reminders, blurbs, etc
- Press releases

What were the strengths and weaknesses of the CSA exec this year?
Larissa:
- More Presentations
- More Emails
- Not just posters - not effective
Bruce:
- Posters were great, tickets were great
- Need motivated volunteers
Neither of you have design experience - how do you plan to keep the logo/promo strong this year?
Larissa:
- Strong transition
- Learning - will learn more as she goes - that s the point of the position.
Bruce:
- Same thing - will be able to use the image BECAUSE it is so strong, and for branding, it should stay the same
Both of you mentioned using different forms of communication in your platforms - what are they?
Bruce:
- Videos! Good production quality
Larissa:

- For Larissa from Alex Chaput: you mentioned working with The Fulcrum - do you think it is important to work with La Rotonde?
Larissa: absolutely - I did not mean to leave them out, I really want our year to be bilingual

Larissa: Strangelove!! Most hands-on experience she s ever had - was inspired to
Bruce: Flo! very creative and free with his grading and structure

- She m very dedicated to the CSA - Volunteer of the Year!! She might not have concrete exec experience, but she is learning and she thinks she can get more people involved!
