The decision by Seamus, Roxanne and Julie (current VP University Affairs, VP FInance, and VP Communications respectively) to forego the arbitration process and go directly to the BOA may be considered an abuse of power. Apparently, no such option exists in the SFUO Constitution. Some board members are talking about holding a special meeting of the BOA. The impeachment word has been thrown around.
