Dean speaks, for you to decide impartiality...

There have been a lot of things thrown aroundif it is an issue of a timely nature it should be considered because it is.

The Lawyer knows our bylaws inside and out

Based on the committee and how it is functioning, and whether we need to intervene.... because of not having the right number of arbitrators... something...? We are entrusted to make tough decisions, and this is one of the toughest I've had to make.

Electing--no! Appointing volunteer arbitrators.

He says that it is our fault that this happened. The though that we won't be able to find people that aren't impartial doesn't work for him. Thinks that there ARE enough students that will work on the committee.
