So, two students want to appeal SAC decisions, but according to Federico, the SFUO Constitution has ‘blatant contradiction concerning the vote needed at the BOA to even hear appeals’
Apparently the discrepancy is whether or not it has to be 80% or unanimous. He decides to go with 80% in the interest of the students-at-large.
The board votes against hearing the appeals.
Rob wonders if the vote was out of order? Wasn’t it a motion to reconsider? Federico says it isn t and rules ROB out of order! Sparks fly and he wields his gavel of power!
