still on Employment Equity

The board has split the motion re Employment Equity. Kennery wants to table the second part (3.4.1.13.2) of it, so that it is considered as a priority in its own right. The table is split on this issue so far...

going to a vote! 

only 2 for tabling it - almost everyone else says NO!
