There are more important things than transparency at this point... like any kind of functionality, perhaps?
ALSO, before you call foul on transparency, has anyone tried sitting in the meeting and taking notes, then comparing those notes to the official minutes? is any of this even necessary? Just because it is not on video does not mean that it is undocumented.

It's all paranoia, omg the University won't let me videotape the meeting, that means that they take their copy and change it to make them look good!
