SAC's decision regarding the appeal:

We conclude that an arbitration into disputed election results can occur when any member of the SFUO asserts that there was fraud or irregularities during the election campaign, regardless of whether the respondent candidates’ consent to the arbitration.

It will be interesting to see people's responses to this.

Did they write a report or something? Is it accessible?

Maxime,

The SAC sent a report out to both parties, as well as to members of the BOA.

It's about 13 pages, breaking down each of the arguments the defendants brought forward, and the reasons why the SAC will be going forward with the appeal.

There is a lot to sift through (and a lot of legal talk), but if enough people want to read it, we can upload it for you!

the report is great. it is a shame that the defendants have chosen this road. they only look worse.
