SAC invalid.

Dean has decreed that the SAC decision to move forward with the arbitration is invalid. Interesting. He is down with his motion. Duh.

Does he have the power to say that they are invalid? I spose that is for the BOA to decide.

Thinks we can find arbitrators - but, the POINT is that they are instantly tainted with BIAS!
