Joel speaks!

We're taking a different look here:


Let's forget about the constitution, and we're taking a real life view:

The election wasn't fair, the appeal wasn't fair, how do we make the appellants and the defendants happy. We need a process that both sides think are fair.

I do believe that we need to amend this and make both "camps" happy.

Joel really wants to see a 101 Week 2009.

By no fault of your own, Sylvia. By those who believe they are above the rules you so diligently tried to uphold. Kudos for being the only thing about this election that was fair.

Why do both sides need to think the appeal process is fair?

Justice =/= fairness

elections weren't fair because there was a slate. if it had been caught, sylvia, during the campaign period, i am sure you would have done the right thing... and now it is time for the board to do the right thing!!!
