of course not! I'm just saying that it's unlikely that most of the SFUO workers were given the afternoon off to go to the hearing, since it happened outside of business hours.
The original raison-d'être of this blog was to liveblog the Board of Administration meetings and let students know about all of the crazy shit that goes down.
However, the promise of iPods influenced us to stray from this path for a bit to cover the 2009 SFUO elections. Since then, we've been covering a bit of everything SFUO-related.
If you've got tips about exciting things on campus, let us know by emailing us at boavoice.blog@gmail.com.

I love the happy faces on the accused after they walk out.
and how many of the people holding signs are employees of the sfuo?
did roxanne give everyone the afternoon off to come and support her?
HA!
the appeal hearing happened after the SFUO's business hours, so I don't think anyone skipped off of work to go!
because the SFUO exec members committed to working a solid 9-5 x5 work week.

they may not have gotten the time off from work, but i would be curious to find out whose printer printed the signs... and what a waste of paper!
Keep in mind that the majority of the SFUOs employees are part-time, so they wouldn't necessarily be working on a Friday afternoon at 4.
