Dean wrote a letter expressing his reaction to what happened at the SAC on Friday (thanks, La Rotonde).

"What I witnessed as our leader, as your president, and as a person were students fighting, disrespecting, and belligerently accosting students - "Students fighting students", when our raison d'être is "students helping students. What I witnessed was our Student Federation that holds values of dignity, equity, human rights, and positive spaces become besmirched by the inappropriate and unacceptable actions of some of its members"

He ends the letter by calling on students to disagree agreeably, and to respect each other despite how tense the situation has become.

Well said, Dean. Now let's all throw down our signs and hug.

We can still disrespect Marc Kelly though, right?

Hey Alan Rock, if a can manage to grab a hold of him, I'll give you first shots.

I was happy to read in the blog that RPG stayed as professional and calm as always... was there ever a time that he was able to get a word in or react?

RPG couldnt say anything. which was too bad. people were to busy calling the arbitrator's "crazy bitch[es]" and pretending to chant "c'est fini"
