Chaput: speaker to 101 Week, was great, but event was poorly attended. Wants to have less going on for 101 Week so that all events are better attended. Priorities for events for better focus. Accessibility for underage students, not just movie nights (flamenco note: maybe more faculties need to hold 101 week like Arts--all events all ages)

J-G: Calendrier social: conférences, et des évènements plus inclusives, accent sur l'innovation

Chaput: organiser moins d'évènements, mais plus de focus pour chacun

Chaput: apporter des speakers sur le campus, inspirer les étudiants, avoir des forums, des groupes Facebook pour avoir des échanges académiques et sociales

J-G: Les evenements ne sont pas seulement pour le fun. Maximiser les echanges. On est un micro-société

How do dry social events fit into SFUO social calendar?

J-G: There are different ways to have fun. (But he wants to create a nghtlife on campus, maybe he sees both sides of the coin, or maybe subconsciously wants to decrease the amount of annonomus hookups on campus)

Chaput: Dry events are the greatest events, look at winter games, GDT, is great for socializing.

VCS-H: Accessibilité (Whoa, outta left field): How can we make the campus even more accessible to students?

J-G: Closed captioning sur les écrans. (note: Communications, not Social), les lieux plus accessibles pour la semaine 101

Chaput: VP Social doit travailler avec CSD pour s'assurer que ça peut être accessible. Bien planifier. Plus de BBQ, plus de lignes.

Since 1o1 week is going to start really early this year, and class is starting on Wednesday, how will you make enough time,a nd which events will you cut?

Chaput: C'est vrai qu'il y a moins de jours pour le move in. Travailler avec rez pour organizer. Masser si c'est possible de modifier les jours.

J-G: Adapter l'horaire. Garder Opening et Closing Events, bref.

More socially conscious events? How are you coging to incorporate Black History Month?

J-G: Not only to BHM, throughout the year, more events that are conscious. People want to learn!

Chaput: To get a better turn out, advertise long before elections. Posters take over. Talking about promo (COMMUNICATIONS NOT SOCIAL!)

Philanthropic events... how do you feel about raising money by using sucker runs SUBJUGATION OF WOMENS!

J-G: Keep it local, bring it abroad (what is "it"?)

Chaput: not fair to ask people to dress up and have sucker runs. Improve upon respect for this event. Communicate to round tables and

J-G: Créer de la changement.

Chaput: Bring back Winter Challenge to Winter Games. A great steppign stine this year. Increase participation for all events. By volunteering it builds leadership. Bigger events add more to our community.
